Taking The Stress Out Of AchievementJan 03, 2022
Happy New Year! I hope this finds you doing well and that you managed to get a bit of a break with your loved ones over the festive season.
At this time of year I know many people are setting goals, resolutions and seeking to make changes in their lives. Nothing wrong with that at all.
However, there is a common trap that many people (myself included) often fall into.
For the longest time I navigated much of my life with goals and thoughts about things I wanted to change. It really looked true to me that if I could only make certain changes in my life then I could be happy and at peace.
And yet, I now see that this innocent misunderstanding was part of what caused so many of the problems in my life. I just didn't recognise that so much of what I was looking for had absolutely nothing to do with achieving goals and objectives. Nor did I realise that I could create without feeling stressed.
I made a video about this for subscribers to my membership group The Retreat. Click above to watch what I shared with the group.
If you liked this video and found it helpful, I'd be grateful if would consider sharing it with friend's, family or loved ones. Thank you so much! 🙏
Sending lots of love,
Here's some of the things I'm working on over the next few months...
More Videos - I will continue to send more free videos like the one above. These will be shared with my mailing list, free telegram group and on two new platforms below.
YouTube / Podcast - I know lots of you have been asking about these, so during January I will be launching a YouTube channel and a podcast.
The Retreat - the doors to my ongoing membership program will be opening in February. Before then I will be adding even more features to the group to provide a new level of exploration for those who join.
