What If It Stays Worse & Doesn't Get Better?

I wanted to share some further thoughts following the video I included in my last email where I talked about Why It Sometimes Gets Worse Before It Gets Better.
I had a few people message me about this wondering why this happens and how sometimes it doesn't seem to get better.
I can definitely relate to this from my own journey and in this video I share how often at the point that things get worse, there is an opportunity to see something new about what is happening that is the key to actually opening the door for things to improve.
