The Space Of Peace...

finding solid ground Aug 24, 2021

Hope you're doing well.

First off, to those who have messaged me since my last two videos, I just wanted to say a heart-felt thank you for your concern and good wishes.  I also wanted to reassure you that "I'm okay"!

I do my best to keep things 'real' in my shares, and like any human being I am not immune to going through ups and downs like everyone does, but I am grateful for the fact that what I have learned about the human experience means that I am not anywhere near as much at the mercy of these lumps and bumps as I once was.

As I was pondering some of the kind messages and comments that I received, it occurred to me that this is such an important topic that it could be helpful to elaborate some more on.  I remembered some teaching that I did about this earlier this year on the Finding Solid Ground retreat and I thought it might be helpful to share it here.

If you've been finding it hard to find peace amongst the bumps of your experience then this is for you.

If you've been finding yourself chasing happiness or always trying to be OK then this is also for you.

As always, if you find the video useful or you get something from it please do consider sharing it.

Sending lots of love,

John.
