How Can We Stop Worrying So Much?Nov 24, 2021
In my last post, I shared a video that spoke to How Can We Stop Thinking So Much?
Today I have a follow up video which speaks to one of the common reasons I see human beings fall into this trap of overthinking.
To try and sum it up... often our overthinking is caused by some form of worry, anxiety or fear regarding a situation.
The overthinking that we do is an attempt to alleviate the particular form of suffering we are experiencing in that moment.
You might suffer through worrying about things in the future, unease with not knowing the outcome of a situation or fearful about possible outcomes that you believe would be bad.
In this video I share a real life example of something that happened over the weekend that highlighted the direction I look towards that helps me suffer less from these forms of worry and settle into a more peaceful experience of life, bumps and all.
I am currently in the process of building my community outside of social media platforms. With that in mind, I would be so grateful if you could consider sharing this video with friends, family or loved ones if you find it (or any other video I have shared) helpful. Thank you so much!
Sending lots of love,
P.S - The Retreat membership is going to be officially launching on Wednesday 1st December. Those who joined for November are getting lots from the group already and I'm loving this way of working with people. As soon as new members can join on Wednesday I will let you know.
