How Worrying & Overthinking Makes Life More EffortfulJul 12, 2022
Hi everyone, today I wanted to share a clip from the Effort-Less programme I am currently running.
In the clip you will hear us exploring how worrying, anxiety, overthinking and trying to 'fix' our lives often causes life to feel so effortful.
We explore what it is we can come more alive to that not only makes things like worrying or anxiety less of a problem but, as a result of seeing them differently, creates a more effortless experience of life.
Watch the video clip above.
THE EFFORT-LESS PROGRAMME: DOORS STILL OPEN (£75)
I have chosen to leave the doors open to the program until it's over, so should you want to join the programme you can still do so.
Upon joining you will get access to the webinar and first call recordings plus be able to join the remaining 4 x live calls.
I hope that you find the clip from the last call helpful, should you be interested in joining Effort-Less, the next call is tomorrow night at 8PM (BST), 3PM (EDT) and 12PM (PDT).
Tomorrow's call is all about Effortless You.
On the call, we will be exploring what stops us from being ourselves and how we can begin to put down the fight against how we naturally show up.
As we start to come alive who we are at our core and see through the conditioning that can cause us to deviate from our true selves life takes on a more effortless feel about it.
Beyond this, being ourselves, also opens us up to new worlds of possibility in areas such as enjoyment of life, performance, motivation, helping others and more.
I sent the group a video I came across at the weekend as a little taster for tomorrow's call, just to set the scene. If you'd like to watch it, click below:
